North Georgia Mountains

This vacation home gently combines rustic and more modern touches in a serene mountain getaway with spectacular views from every room.  Added video security system with door locks, voice-controlled lighting, voice controlled fireplace, ceiling fans, and integrated audio solutions.

From the Homeowner:

"After we had a break-in, Razza Homes installed a Ring video security system in our home to keep the house protected with monitoring, and so I can receive alerts and check on everything while I'm away!  Not only that but Jonathan also connected our lights, ceiling fans, audio system, and several other devices in our home to be voice activated!  Now I can even turn my fireplace on and off with a simple voice command! Jonathan was great to work with and he has such a passion for turning any home into a “smart home”.

In 2019 Jonathan Razza from Razza Homes was invited to demonstrate voice-controlled and programmable smart home technology to the President and First Lady at the President's Residence located on Georgia Tech campus!

Roswell Georgia

This project involved a comprehensive home automation solution with voice-controlled lighting throughout the home, video security system, smart thermostats, smart garage doors, ceiling fans, home theater, and a voice-controlled backyard waterfall feature.

"At first we wanted to make it easier to turn on and off the many lights we had in the house, but Jonathan and his team were able to provide all kinds of extra improvements that make our lives easier.  Now it is so easy to turn the lights in the house on and off just by talking from any room!  We can turn the temperature down or close the garage door with just our voice or with our phones when we are away, and we can even tell the waterfall in our back yard to turn on and off!  Our guests get such a kick out of it when we show them our new trick!"
